Agatha Christie (アガサ・クリスティ, Agasa Kurisuti?) is the Knight Commander of the Guards in the Order of the Clock Tower. Her ability is And Then There Were None.[1]

Appearance

Agatha comes as a tall and slim woman, with refined facial features, and blonde curly hair with a short cut whose ends are split into two long low-twintails that reach her hips, tied together by black bows. Her eyes are bright blue.[2]

She wears a black hat on her head with a pink rose ribbon. A slim dark red top with a ruffled black trip on the top, a white crop jacket with a black tie over her neck, a long black skirt with a wide opening over her right knee with ruffled trim, dark red tights, and white boots with black laces. She also wears white gloves on her hands, and white long boots, and owns an umbrella and smoking pipe.[2][3]

Personality

Being completely refined, Agatha possesses a lady-like attitude. Given her involvement with Mimic's demise[4] and original plan to burn Yokohama to the ground,[5] she has a ruthless, conniving side to her personality, but isn't completely unreasonable.

Ability

And Then There Were None (そして誰もいなくなった, Soshite Dare mo Inakunatta?).[1]

Background

Plot

During the Dark Era, Gide reveals that the Order of the Clock Tower deceived Mimic, making them attack enemy forces when two sides were on the brink of a ceasefire. The attack became a serious war-crime, condemning Mimic from their home country.[4]

Shortly after Atsushi Nakajima's conflict with Ryunosuke Akutagawa, Agatha makes her physical debut speaking with Fitzgerald and Fyodor, dissuading them from doing anything drastic, as it wasn't necessary.[1]

DEAD APPLE

Agatha uses the Order of the Clock Tower's resources to send troops to quell the chaos in Yokohama caused by Tatsuhiko Shibusawa. In case Shibusawa is not defeated, Agatha intended to have Yokohama destroyed, as the dragon and Shibusawa's existence, making ability users lose control of their abilities, would eventually spread and devastate the entire world.

After the Armed Detective Agency succeeds in defeating Shibusawa, Agatha comments on how it is a shame, saying fires go well with tea.

Trivia

  • Her ability name is the US Abroad name of her most acclaimed book released in the UK known as Ten Little Niggers after the British black-face nursery rhyme. The name was later changed to the last 5 lines of the nursery rhyme, and thus was released in the US as And Then There Were None
